Goosebumps is a Canadian children's horror anthology television series based on R. L. Stine's Goosebumps books. Since its first broadcast, an episode of Goosebumps would begin with a warning -- "Goosebumps is rated GB-7, because it may be too spooky for children under seven.". The show was shown on CBBC in the '90s
However, when the V-chip took effect, the GB-7 rating was discontinued though the disclaimer remained, and Goosebumps was then rated TV-Y7 when it aired on Fox Kids, and TV-PG when it aired on Cartoon Network.
